 Lady Monica Coleman is Lady of the house, serving alongside Pastor Carlos Coleman. She is completely humbled to be able to serve God and His people at New Birth and beyond. Her desire to see women walk in their purpose and find joy and strength in Jesus, ignited the vision for the Unite Conference. She prays every one of God's best daughters will come to know the immeasurable love He has for her! 

 Tanya’s performance will have you cracking up as she shares her experiences of how she joined the church, getting the Holy Ghost and the song that she wrote about being fit for the Kingdom. She does it with such style, class and confidence that her audiences feel as if they are part of the act. Tanya is an all-around entertainer. Tanya has written the Stage play Torn in which she received the 2021 Stage Play of The Year Award. in various stage plays as well. Tanya is the Recipient of the Church Stars Comedienne of the Year Award twice, and 3 other times for various organizations, and honoree at the African American Museum. She has opened for Reverend Jesse Jackson, Leandria Johnson, Monique, Cocoa Brown, VaShawn Mitchell to name a few. 

 Dr. Matisa Wilbon is a rich, relevant, and effective, rising national and international speaker and teacher. An inspiration to many, Dr. Matisa desires to see everyone, especially women and young women alike, pursue God with their whole heart and fulfill their greatest potential in Him, as they walk in their God-given purpose in ministry and the marketplace.    Dr. Matisa is the founder of Disrupt(H)ers, a women's leadership network empowering and equipping women in ministry and the marketplace to lead their lives with confidence and competence.     Dr. Matisa is a leader in the marketplace, published author, and an ordained Elder. She serves in her local church teaching, training and developing ministers, leaders and intercessors.  

 Elyse Murphy is an author, speaker, and thought leader who is committed to using her platform to have authentic conversations and help women shake off shame and step into their God-given light.   As she’s continued to do what she’s always done, inspire people in their life and challenge them in their faith, her influence has expanded into faith-based media. She was the co-producer and host of the “On A Lighter Note” podcast in partnership with Lightworkers and MGM Studios, and has worked with MGM Studios as a media correspondent and hosted red carpet premieres including Respect (2021), Redeeming Love (2022), and the LA Style Awards (2023). She is a regular guest on TBN’s hit show Better Together and has been featured in LA Style Magazine, Propel, and other written publications. She continues to work with media outlets to create content that will help people find hope and have honest conversations about faith, health, and relationships.
